Our EBC teams manage unparalleled end-to-end experiences and demos customized to the goals and business objectives of our guests: customized agendas, high-quality demos, personalized presentations from NVIDIA leadership, specialists, and experts. We are looking for a customer-facing solution architect to be part of the EBC team in Munich. The candidate must have a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
What you'll be doing:

Contribute to developing technical demos and technical content

Showcase NVIDIA leading-edge software & hardware technologies across industries

Support the EBC team, business and technical leaders in preparing guests briefings

Connect NVIDIA products and GPU-accelerated solutions with guest’s business

Give onsite demos, facility tours, present technical challenges and provide guidance

Deliver trainings, hackathons, and presentations on NVIDIA solutions and platforms

In-depth discussions with partners and customers around NVIDIA strategies and innovations

Ensure customer satisfaction during EBC briefings
What we need to see:
-
BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, engineering, scientific computing, or related technical field

3+ years of experience with AI, ML, DL, NLP, and/or Generative AI
-
3+ years of experience using accelerated computing solutions
-
Good programming skills (Python and/or C/C++)

Understanding of data center components, infrastructure

Customer-service relevant experience

Outgoing personality, speaks with clarity and conciseness

Strong language skills, fluent in both German and English

Experienced speaker at international venues, conferences, workshops
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Experience in a customer demo center

Development experience with NVIDIA software libraries and GPUs

Experience in scientific visualization, or creation of visual content

Skilled in deploying ML/DL models at scale on public cloud computing clusters in production
