- You are responsible for the local definition and deployment of category and sourcing strategies while ensuring that market observations and demands are met competitively.
- Manage end-to-end Procurement processes including supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and performance monitoring, aligning with agreed-upon objectives.
- Execute strategic long-term and operative ad-hoch tenders.
- Cultivate strong supplier relationships to build a resilient supply network meeting Beiersdorf standards and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive innovation and implement solutions.
- Compliance champion: ensure compliance with legal, finance and procurement policies.
- Take part or lead initiatives for standardization, efficiency, and automation.
- Bachelor’s or higher-education degree
- 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant field (e.g. logistics, consultancy, supply chain) - Procurement experience is a plus
- Strong project and time management skills
- Stakeholder management
- Communication (written and verbal) skills in English and German
- Innovative, strategic and forward-thinking mindset
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Digital native: MS Office proficiency, and BI tools (bonus: kowledge of SAP/SRM/CLM, e-sourcing and P2P processes)
