As part of our Community Management Team, you will play a key role in scaling the growth of our tech freelancers community.

YOUR MISSION

• You will recruit new tech talents for our community and generate inbound applications
• Conduct freelancer interviews to understand the candidates’ personal, professional, and technical backgrounds and preferences
• Onboard new freelancers and manage and improve the processes
• Build and maintain trusted professional relationships with candidates by providing a superior candidate experience
• Establish yourself as the go-to person for a dedicated talent pool of tech freelancers

YOUR SKILL SET

• 4+ years of experience in HR, talent management, recruitment in the tech industry, ideally in a high growth environment
• Profound knowledge of best practices for candidate experience and onboarding management
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing
• Fluency in English, German is considered a plus
