We are on a steep growth curve, and are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team.
Tasks
- Be a single point of contact for our users for their journey with Habyt
- Help out on the ongoing support of our members
- Prioritize and manage requests and keep support tickets up to date
- Schedule, oversee, and assist contractors, ensuring the safety, quality, and cleanliness of work performed
Requirements
- Relevant experience in customer support
- Full-working proficiency in English required, German, Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
- Strong international background through work and study abroad
- You thrive on communication, both written and verbal, you are proficient with social media
- You can keep yourself accountable and able to work without well-worn paths or established protocols
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- You have a passion for real estate, shared living and Habyt mission
