Receptionist – Part Time (m/f/d)

THE OPPORTUNITY

Cambridge Associates has a world leading reputation as a manager of private investment portfolios, on both an advisory and discretionary basis. We have seen a continuously strong demand for our advisory and portfolio management services and are hence expanding our team.

This position will be based in Munich and will report into the Office Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and clients and offering them refreshments; advising staff of their arrival

• Manage all external meeting room bookings; assist with setting up videoconferences for meetings

• Assist Office Manager with events and small projects

• Managing security entrance system with issuing and checking access cards

• Restocking office supplies/equipment and ordering of stock

• Contact person for and coordination of external service providers

QUALIFICATIONS

· Good knowledge of German and English

• Good MS Office skills

• Open and friendly manner, ability to work in a team as well as strong communication and organisational skills

• Good attention to detail, reliable and independent way of working
