Supporting the Regional Director (RD) EMEA, this position is primarily responsible for assisting the RD in maximising Parrot’s presence, visibility and overall growing the sales revenue for professional drones.
Parrot is seeking a European Programs Coordinator (EPC) to assist in the growth of the Parrot Drones product range across the region, with a specific focus on Defence and Public Safety customers.
To be successful in this role, you need to have a passion and experience for drones, a strong working knowledge of the use in drones in Defence & Public Safety and an understanding of technology products, while being highly motivated in supporting the business. Working remotely, the EPC will be an autonomous self-starter joining Parrot with a key focus on supporting our existing verticals and assist in developing new long term business verticals and relationships.
YOUR ROLE :
The European Program Coordinator will be responsible for :
- creating, implementing, monitoring, executing and assessing strategic market space programmes to effectively market to professional UAV users through our UAV verticals & partners.
- manage and execute key programs including: Tech Day Program, Solution Partners Program, Tenders & Bid Program, Enterprise Loan Program and Use Cases.
- create a new framework and charter for an Accredited Parrot Training Academy is a key objective of this mission. You will then recruit, administer and manage the applicable training organisations.
- liaise closely with the US based equivalent Programs Coordinator to ensure synergies and strategies can be shared and leveraged.
- aid in the creation, execution and support of new business opportunities as well as support existing customers by working with the sales team on a EMEA regional basis.
The EPC will be entrusted with being a team contributor and vital link around specific initiatives and functions, with the responsibility to interact with appropriate cross-functional groups (eg. sales, finance, customer experience, group marketing, market knowledge, training, etc).
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES :
- Supporting the RD and the sales team to ensure the creation and provision of tools, concepts and plans aiding the sales proposition in the channels.
- Build and bridge the UAV competence between Parrot and the real vertical pro end user, specifically leverage Defence and Public Safety etc
- Identify third-party companies who could work with Parrot as part of our Solution Partners Program to bring added capability to our solutions
- Create real user content with end-users with the applicable locally tuned tone
- Create and implement the Parrot Certified Pilot Program as part of the Parrot Training Academy
- Be a key contributing figure in the development of the EMEA businesses in line with the company strategy and objectives.
- Create and maintain Customer Intelligence & Market Intelligence databases.
- Plan, attend, conduct and participate in local trade shows, events, demo days promotions and exhibitions.
- Work with the RD and sales team to create and implement successful product launches.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and current legislation.
- Have good knowledge of Parrot’s range, position and competitors.
- Be a positive, motivated Parrot advocate always.
YOUR PROFILE :
- You have an existing knowledge of the professional UAV Industry markets including contacts, channels, products, competitors, regulations and business models.
- You have a proven ability and examples of UAV programs creation, implementation & execution especially training and tech days.
- You can provide a high level of professionalism & interaction on the frontline, often under pressure and with short deadlines.
- You are able to deal at all levels from the general public to senior management in both small and large corporate clients (customer, supplier, team & group).
- a UAV program experience gained in defence and or public safety will be highly regarded.
- You are recognize for your strong communication, reporting, problem solving and documentation skills.
