Talent Acquisition & Management Partner DACH (f/m/d)
The role will start with primary focus on recruitment activities for DACH and will evolve to become Talent Acquisition & Management Partner for Cluster DACH
Focus will be on
- Staffing and recruiting to find the most qualified candidate at the right time to meet the company's requirements for the DACH region
- Development and implementation of programs and strategies to position Ipsen as an attractive employer and build a talent pool
- Support in the design and placement of recruiting advertising and marketing to ensure consistent application of the Ipsen brand
- Management of vendor contracts and relationships with job portals to ensure optimal performance and pricing
- Development and maintenance of a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs
- Ownership of regional develop analysis and orchestrate communication with relevant stakeholders
- Create, implement, coordinate relevant development initiatives based on 70/20/10 model
- Interface between global and local to facilitate business needs when it comes to development as well as global initiatives to communicate to local
Qualification requires
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working as a full cycle recruiter, ideally within the biopharma/life science industry
- Experience supporting a commercial business unit is preferred
- Good knowledge of German and further European employment market within life-science
- Good knowledge of what “Talent Management” means and openness to learn about learning & development area
- Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully negotiate and influence at the highest levels of the organization
- High degree of confidence and demonstrated customer focus skills
- Ability to think strategically, independently and creatively, and take ownership of critical issues
- Proven ability to manage time, priorities and projects and deliver results under challenging circumstances
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written in German and English
