Your Role: In this role you p lan and execute LS-OQ projects to deliver global risk mitigation and continuous Quality improvement opportunities across ISCO and the Business Units. Synthesize data and factual information to support objective recommendations and decisions. Work with key stakeholders to define, prioritize and execute change management plans including communications, training and monitoring. You will lead complex investigations into local, regional and global issues with engagement from relevant stakeholders. Develop, present and execute effective CAPA plans in collaboration with key stakeholders. You actively participate in and support ISCO/Business led improvement and compliance projects as Quality Operations SME and LS-Q representative. You also facilitate targeted global Quality governance programs to ensure continued focus and deliver performance improvement, e.g. complaint reduction. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify key global takeaways and trends; work with stakeholders to turn into meaningful, effective action. This role also includes champion initiatives for shared best practice across sites, regionals and globally to deliver continuous improvement opportunities. You will also be responsible for compilation and assessment of relevant quality metrics, project metrics and project performance reports for Senior Management review on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Travel : May be domestic & international travel as needed
Who you are: - Qualifications: Graduate degree (e.g. Pharmacist, chemist, microbiologist, engineer) with 5+ years experience in operational quality and continuous improvement activities
- Experience working within a regulated environment with Quality Management System implementation and improvement, or equivalent
- Knowledge on a broad range of quality regulations & industry requirements to support a diverse product mix
- Ideal candidate has experience in project co-ordination, execution and delivery with proven ability to be an effective change agent in a matrix organization
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work across a matrix structure in a global environment
- Experience of Palantir, Tableau, PowerBI, AERA and other analytics tools beneficial
- Curious, self motivated learner that works independently and enjoys a challenge
