English Trainer in Niedersachsen bei Nicasource

At Nicasource, we are looking for an English Trainer who prepares, trains, and instructs the team in high-quality English training programs.

Your main goal will be to create a supportive learning environment which will help the team meet their learning goals. You’ll be in charge of teaching them the important rules of reading, writing, and speaking in English. The ideal candidate must be qualified in English as a first language and must possess a pleasant disposition that will enhance the learning process.

You will join a growing firm in LATAM with a fast-moving team where you will be able to provide lasting value to the company and work in an innovative, fast paced environment

Required Skills/Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an English Trainer.
• Any certified education programs
• In-depth ability to understand training and operations.
• Superior language proficiency skills (speaking, writing, and reading) in both English and Spanish languages.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in group and individual settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English speaker: C2 English level minimum
