Our sales team thrives being on the front lines, generating leads and prospects, selling a suite of Digital Experience services, closing deals and making money! We are looking for an energetic individual with an ambitious spirit and proven record of success selling in the digital experience solutions space to join this best-in-class team.
The Multi Solution Sales Executive (MSSE) is responsible for defining strategy and identifying large transactions. The MSSE participates in orchestrating complex, multi-tier sales processes, negotiating contract and pricing, and will be managing the full sales cycle via solution selling techniques.
What you’ll do
You will work on about 10 enterprise accounts and develop them strategically across the entire DX Portfolio. In your role, you will develop Account and GTM plans together with the Account Team, working closely with Marketing and business partners to build pipeline for future opportunities
The MSSE is going to develop and maintain relationships at the “C” and “VP” levels, and develop compelling value propositions based on return on investment, cost/benefit analysis & business understanding
This role will complete the major steps of the sales process, including solutioning, value proposition, pricing, negotiations and closing. This is especially true for Multi Solution Opportunities while Solution Oriented Projects are still being driven and developed by the account team to make sure the outcome is maximized and the forces will aligned
We are looking for a leader that will orchestrate a selling team consisting of multiple single solutions sales executives, pre-sales, strategy and professional services
What you need to succeed
Several years of experience in complex Software (Solutions) Selling within the tech-industry, ideally with industry specific background
Demonstrated sales track record with enterprise companies of all sizes
Understanding of industry dynamics, industry challenges, related cost drivers, and customer needs
Understanding of broad competitive solution footprints for the Digital Experience marketplace is helpful
Ability to develop and use relationships with senior industry leaders and key influencers
Be able to work with prospects to understand their business requirements and value models
Ability to quickly adapt and then clearly articulate value propositions
Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively bringing in the right resources to bear at the right stage in the selling process
Proficient networker with a hunter mentality and excellent communication/presentation skills
Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory
