- Organisation of the day-to-day business of the department manager
- Creation and preparation of presentations
- Preparation and follow-up of business trips including appointment coordination, travel bookings, visa applications, travel expense reports, etc.
- Organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings and internal and external events
- Preparation of minutes
- Carrying out classic secretarial tasks such as material procurement, mail processing, invoice processing
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the assistant or secretarial field in an international company
- Commercial training or similar professionally qualifying qualifications
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint
- German and English at a business fluent level combined with strong communication skills
- Planning and organisational talent, affinity for numbers, conscientiousness and a high level of service orientation
