The impact you will make
We are looking to hire either an Intern or a Working Student for full or part-time for at least 3 months (ideally 6 months).

Join our fantastic team to kickstart your career in an international, fast-growing deep-tech start-up company as Intern / Working Student People (f/m/d) in Munich. This position offers you the chance to learn from industry professionals, tackle a variety of HR-specific tasks, gain insights into the entire spectrum of HR, and contribute significantly to creating an exceptional employee experience.

More specifically, you will:
Support our People Team in the recruiting process and take over responsibility for the recruitment of interns/working students

Assist with managing various administrative tasks for e.g. benefit administration, updating & completing HR documents as well as working with our HR software

Work with our people team on various HR projects (e.g. event planning)

Help improve our employee experience

What you bring

You have already successfully completed the first semesters of your business studies (ideally with a focus on HR) or comparable courses of study (business psychology, psychology, sociology, business law, etc.) or have already obtained a degree

You inspire us with your open and sympathetic personality

As a real organizational talent, you approach your new area of responsibility with motivation and determination

You are also keen to take on responsibility and proactively help shape topics

You have a good knowledge of the usual MS Office applications, and your very good German and English skills enable you to communicate easily in an international environment
