We are looking for a Finance (Senior) Specialist (all genders) to join our Innovations Hub team.
As a Finance Specialist you will be part of the Innovations Hub team as well as closely work with the regional Europe Finance Insights team.
In this dynamic role, you will become an integrated part of the Innovations Hub unit and collaborate closely with the regional Europe Finance Insights team.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the financial operations of the Innovations Hub unit and managing key finance processes like Billing, Month-end Close, Forecasting, and Budgeting.
As an experienced finance professional, you'll work in close partnership with the Innovations hub team and key stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to learn about the core of our business, to support implementation of innovations and help drive these insights across other European markets.

Your Mission

Directly reporting to the Head of Innovations Hub; overseeing all relevant finance topics in the unit and acting as sparring partner to the business.

Responsible for finance operations (e.g. Billing, Month End Closing, Forecasting)

Collaborate closely with the regional FInance Insights team on deliverables and finance related improvements

Enable innovations with design and implementation of finance related processes, test the results

Work with central teams (e.g. Accounting, Controlling, Payroll) and be the Innovations Hub and the central stakeholders
Your Heroic Skills

Business Administration related university degree or equivalent
(ideally specialised in Finance/ Accounting)

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance operations alternatively experience in Accounting/ Controlling tasks for an international company

In depth knowledge of Financial processes (e.g. Month End Closing, Billing, Invoicing) including relevant accounting principles (local GAAP, IFRS)

Strong drive to improve processes and deliver results on time with a positive attitude

Business Acumen: You should be adept at engaging with business users and stakeholders, actively listening to their needs, and translating those requirements into numbers

Proficient Communication: strong communication skills in English and German
