Our Product Management & Portfolio Team (Digital Solutions I Future Energy Home) is responsible for managing the Future Energy Home IT digital product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy, and driving excellence through product innovation, standardization and working practices.

Our team is located throughout Germany but also in the metropolitan region of Essen. You can work from Hannover, Hamburg, Berlin, München, Würzburg, Essen, Frankfurt am Main, or from home.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Management and Portfolio team in driving excellence through product innovation, standardization and working practices
• You support the team on data maintenance, analysis and data visualization with Power BI
• You create management reports in a compliance software, supporting risk assessment and data analysis regarding transfer of value and updating databases
• Own working packages for standardization and automation
• Manage the meetings cascade and agendas, keep track on the projects’ timeline and deliverables, and prepare presentations/ reports

Qualifications

• Student (m/f/d) in business administration, applied or computer sciences, engineering or equivalent studies
• Good knowledge of all of MS Office 365° package
• Broad understanding of project management principles and interest for digitalization projects
• Ideally first knowledge in IoT, Data, IT architecture
• Fluent German and English
