Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience creating online marketing and advertising strategies, and working with senior leadership clients to create value for their business plans.
Experience supporting a performance driven ads ecosystem or other performance marketing solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of Beauty and Healthcare, Automotive, Sports, Consumer Brands, Finance, Telco, Retail, and Travel.
Understanding of the market and it’s key developments for omnichannel and pure players.
Demonstrated ability to influence clients and markets and build strong client relationships.
Analytical skills to break down complex problems into bite-sized pieces, motivating a team to support and execute on it.

Responsibilities

Support in developing Google’s Central Europe product strategy and execution with clients to be successful in the future of performance marketing using the Google suite of performance-based marketing tools (Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube).
Align with sales teams and partner with clients and stakeholders to drive client success, simplify product complexity, strategically support clients to define their goals, and identify gaps to best practice product approaches. Re-invent storylines and present on customer events and key external marketing events influencing the ecosystem.
Review and interpret business and key KPI developments, and compare them to existing strategies and business plans.
Provide insights with feedback from Sales and clients to conceptualize and pitch client specific solutions that drive client success.
