- Several years of experience in Human Resources with first experience as HR Business Partner
- A degree in business administration, psychology or similar or comparable education with relevant professional experience
- Experience in integration projects and proficiency in working and negotiating with works councils is advantageous
- A strategic business partner with a keen understanding of business needs, fostering organizational growth, and enabling individuals to tackle new challenges
- A creative and collaborative thinker, excellent communicator, and organizer, bringing a high degree of empathy to working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands on your time and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel as necessary
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
