Our Customer Insights team is the ambassador and voice of our users throughout LOVOO's product development process. This is why our advertised positions are highly remote, but not 100% remote. You can live in Germany and work from home most of the time, but you will need to attend relevant company meetings and events as well as team meetings that your manager will arrange with you. What you can expect

Continuous development and optimization of our understanding of our users as a basis for strategic product and business decisions
Planning and execution of research projects using appropriate questions as well as qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g. usability testing, user interviews or surveys)
Target-oriented identification of the needs, motivations and behaviors of our users on a strategic and tactical level (e.g. JTBD, stakeholder workshops, continuous discovery)
Generating evidence-based recommendations, as well as communicating them, in a creative and compelling way, to key stakeholders to enable informed decisions
Cross-functional collaboration and alignment with Product Management, Designers, and Engineers to align user insights with business goals

Your Profile

Successfully completed degree in behavioral related fields such as HCI, psychology, sociology, communication science, computer science, market research, or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in a user researcher role, ideally in a digital, B2C product context
A strong affinity for data as well as good knowledge of using survey tools and evaluating them independently with statistical software such as R
Proven experience in selecting and applying appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods across the full spectrum of the product development process
Initial experience with applied behavioral science and its methods in a business context is desirable
Very good communication skills for comprehensible and convincing presentation of research results to stakeholders
High level of self-management as well as the ability to prioritize appropriately and work in a dynamic organization
Excellent German (at least C1) and very good written and spoken English skills
