YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supplier and producer management including forecasting and stock management, analysis and identification of problem solutions
- Warehouse and logistics management - responsible for the fulfilment partner and any logistics processes including internationalization (shipping, distribution, import, customs)
- Product management and development - develop and implement new products with the designer
- Find and evaluate new suppliers and producers while maintaining a healthy & positive relationship with all current suppliers and producers
- Monitor compliance with local and country specific laws and regulations in terms of e.g. import, export, hallmarks, material and packaging reports
- Collaboration with marketing, sales and other departments to ensure that we ongoingly enhance on customer feedback and needs
- Improve our customer journey in cooperation with other teams
- Responsible for improving processes and systems, initiating best practices that have enterprise-wide impact
- Ensuring product availability, monitoring delivery performance and dispatching to ensure that targets are met
- Quality management to ensure our quality standards
- Resource management to make sure we have sufficient resources to successfully carry out business processes and goal
- Manage efficiency, quality, budgets and all associated department KPIs
- Collaborate with leadership to define BRUNA’s long-and short-term mission and goals and identifies ways to support this mission through operations
- Maintain knowledge about best practices and latest tends to be constantly up to date with our tools and processes
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Experience. Strong track record in a strategic Operations role, exceeding your targets. Deep knowledge and experience in product and logistics matters.
- Process thinking. You can join the dots to put the “pro” in process optimization and create workflows that actually work.
- Project management. You have the passion and the skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Communication skills. You talk clearly and know how to communicate with different stakeholders. This helps you to build strong relationships and maximize your output effectively.
- Flexibility. You are able to prioritize tasks and plan, schedule, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and targets. You can quickly respond to changes in the business environment and make adjustments to meet organizational goals
- Accuracy. You pay attention to small details and ensure accuracy in everything you do.
