Osiris International is a systems manufacturer specializing in photolithographic process equipment used in semiconductor and microsystems (MEMS) technology. Your mission
Lead projects in the field of custom machinery for the semiconductor industry using agile methodologies
Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budget monitoring
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as development, production, quality assurance and distribution
Communicate and align with customers and distribution to understand requirements and implement projects accordingly
Ensure smooth project execution, identify and address risks and obstacles
Provide regular progress reports to the management team
Actively participate in internal improvement processes and contribute to the continuous development of agile methodologies within the company
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent qualification
Demonstrable project management experience in the machinery or equipment manufacturing industry, preferably for the semiconductor industry
Knowledge and practical experience in agile working methods desirable
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with the ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team
High initiative, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English
