Job description

Amaris Consulting is looking for an IT Support Consultant to join our team in Oberhaching (Munich).

you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users for various hardware and software issues. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, iPhones, iPads, printers, video conferencing equipment, and the local network (LAN).

Tasks:
Provide technical support to end-users on various hardware and software issues, including ticketing, helpdesk support, and desktop support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, iPhones, iPads, printers, video conferencing equipment, and the local network (LAN).
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Work closely with other IT professionals and clients to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate records of support activities and communicate progress to clients and management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience in providing technical support in a corporate environment..
Experience with ticketing systems and helpdesk support.
Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in German and English is required.
