Team Assistance AMS/CLT in Düsseldorf in Köln bei Rheinmetall IT Solutions GmbH

• Team coordination and implementation of team assistance tasks for the Application Management Services/CLT division, also internationally
• Organization, preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings
• Supporting the creation of presentations and documentation in German and English
• Supporting complex travel bookings
• Department-internal management of administrative processes, e.g. orders, onboarding, invoicing, reporting and general external inquiries

• Successfully completed commercial training program, e.g. as an office organization specialist
• Several years of professional experience in assistance
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and common user tools such as SAP Fiori, AFI and travel expense tools
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• High degree of reliability and sense of responsibility as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Enjoying the possibility to work in an international environment
