Expected Starting Date: November 2023.

- Salary for this role begins at £23,230.00, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
- Permanent role.
- 39 hours weekly, working 5 days out of 7.
- Occasional weekend working based on business projects.
- Working between 7:30am - 4pm.
This role might require availability to occasionally work late evenings, weekends, and night shifts. Shifts may change according to business/project need.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
An up to date portfolio
Where others see home furnishing products, we see smart solutions to create a better everyday life. With a great deal of passion, imagination and brainstorming we turn colours, textiles and furniture into inspiring environments that excite, engage, and convince IKEA visitors that they can do it too!
We are looking for people who are driven to provide inspiration to our customers by demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics supported by commercial visual competence. You should have a practical, hands-on approach to tasks by actively seeking improved methods of working in a simple, lean and cost-efficient way.
Ideally you should have an education in interior design or architecture.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:
- Contribute to position the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.
- Apply your home furnishing knowledge to ensure up-to-date room settings and other store media that exceed our visitors’ expectations.
- Stimulate and inspire interest for home furnishing by constantly showcasing new solutions that motivate people to visit the IKEA store frequently.
- Reflect the IKEA Brand identity by creating visual impact in all commercial, sales support and co-worker areas.
