Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Techno-Commercial Coordinator to facilitate seamless communication and coordination between our company headquarters in Germany and our offices worldwide, particularly in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling and analysing statistical reports, managing ERP systems, and overseeing supply chain logistics to ensure efficient material movement and project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between headquarters in Germany and company offices worldwide, with a particular focus on the USA, India and Turkey.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination to ensure alignment of business objectives and smooth operations.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Compile various statistical reports, analysing purchase and sales figures to provide actionable insights to the management.
- Present findings to relevant stakeholders to inform decision-making processes.
3. ERP System Management:
- Update and administer ERP systems across multiple locations, ensuring accurate and timely transaction entries and relevant information updates.

4. Supply Chain and Logistics Management:
- Manage the supply chain and logistics for material movement from company headquarters to overseas locations.
- Coordinate closely with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of materials.
5. Procurement Oversight:
- Oversee purchases from selected foreign suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
- Arrange logistics for the movement of purchased materials to various company locations.
6. Project Coordination:
- Work closely with different departments to ensure the completion of projects and critical tasks.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, addressing any issues that may arise.
7. International Collaboration:
- Coordinate with employees at foreign locations to ensure smooth operations, including supply chain management, sales oversight, and inventory control.
- Foster strong relationships with international teams to promote a collaborative work environment.
Required Skill Sets:
1. Communication Skills:
- Excellent command of the English language with very strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
2. Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with a good mathematical foundation.
- Ability to interpret and analyse data to provide meaningful insights.
3. Technical Proficiency:
- Very good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- Experience working with ERP systems, with the ability to manage and troubleshoot system issues.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and other social media & image editing tools.
4. Time Management:
- Ability to perform under time pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or a professional degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a techno-commercial or coordination role, preferably in an international setting.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
