What you can expect What you can expect from our 18-months-trainee program: You will be part of a small and select group of 2 trainees starting on 01 October 2023. Following a comprehensive onboarding process and team development session, you will spend the first 6 months in one of our core therapeutic areas HIV and Oncology, where you will actively get involved in either Sales & Marketing or Medical projects. This assignment will be followed by two additional rotations (6 months each) in either Marketing & Sales, Medical Affairs, Medical Sciences, Business Analytics, Market Access, or Public Affairs. The rotational assignments and projects will be selected in partnership with you based on your strengths, interests, as well as business needs so that an individual threshold setting is possible. Our cross-functional, lean, and agile environment allows for impactful on-the-job learning and growth, and you will also get international and intercultural exposure. We also put a strong focus on off-the-job skills development such as creating and delivering presentations, project management, impactful communication, etc. Each trainee will have an experienced ‘Buddy’ who will support your onboarding and networking as well as a mentor for the full course of the program.

- Qualified University graduates with a degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medical, Science, Biology / Chemistry or Health Economics and interest in science
- Prior internships and/or international experience
- Proactive and transparent team players
- Strong communication skills (German & English)
- Committed, open-minded, and autonomous
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Able to work both independently and cross-functionally
