The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything related to TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our users.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and can build strategic, successful, long-term relationships with local based agencies and successful content creators. You'll know what makes audience tick, and how to engage them through well thought-out and designed campaigns. You'll work cross-functionally with our influencer, agency, and strategy teams to drive platform and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Create, plan and execute goal driven Live campaigns.
• Work with product teams to come up with new ideas and new ways to engage audiences and Live creators though campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and present findings, identify trends and patterns.
• Work cross-functionally with revenue, product and creative teams to enhance and improve the Live experience.
• Help create and monitor revenue growth strategies.
• Be creative and champion new ideas.

Qualifications

• Results originated and goal driven.
• Be able to analyse data and spot trends.
• Work collaboratively and under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be a culture expert and one step ahead of the latest trends.
• Bachelors degree, above or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience working in a live streaming, video sharing or digital campaigns focus role.
• Result oriented, good capacity for pressure.
