We are tooz technologies, a spin-off of ZEISS, shaping the future of Augmented Reality and smart glasses for everyday life. We are focused on development and manufacturing of next level optics, enabling eyewear that look and function like everyday glasses and augment your reality with valuable information.

To complete our team, we are looking for a Chief of Staff (m/f/d) in full time or part time.

Your responsibilities

As a Chief of Staff at tooz, you have a comprehensive range of responsibilities:

• Support the tooz management in international and strategic tasks with a broad functional focus in the areas of strategy, organization and business development
• Identify and run critical projects that align with the strategic goals of the organisation
• Facilitate data-driven management decisions by providing reports and analysis and help define the overall company strategy
• Take responsibility for the planning and execution of various operational and strategic matters
• Prepare content for presentations for board, stakeholders, and staff meetings, attend them, and partly lead them

Requirements

• Generalist with a broad range of knowledge and experience, especially in project management, economics and international business relationships
• A good Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field
• Great communication and people skills to build relationships and sway stakeholders across different levels
• Experience of working in a cross-cultural, global environment
• Strong organizational talent and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks at once
• Reliable, accurate and independent working style
• Very good written and spoken English & German
