The Role
Provides operations management support including facilitating elements of business unit or function management review processes and systems; operational support for overall financial performance; revenue / profit performance analysis; account growth and erosion analysis; cost and expense budget management / analysis; working with the business to analyze and optimize operations for peak performance; and analysis of key initiatives and gaps. Additional responsibilities can include development and management of business processes including quality assurance, business controls and procedures; client satisfaction deployment and ratings; plan administration; and outreach to geographies and global counterparts to advance standard processes and deliverables. Employees in this role can be evaluated in a variety of ways via measures such as client satisfaction, process performance and satisfactory audits.
