Responsibilities:
- You support the editing and posting of job advertisements in German and English
- Furthermore, you screen the received applications in our online applicant management tool (Workday)
- You help to coordinate the appointments of job interviews in the course of the applicant correspondence
- In addition, you assist in the personnel processing of an international location, in particular with regard to changes in compensation, relocations and the processing of employee inquiries
- By working with us, you gain exciting insights into the wide range of tasks and processes in the HR department of an innovative and growing site
Qualifications:
- You are currently studying in the field of economics, organizational psychology or a comparable course of study (ideally with a focus on human resources)
- The internship is a mandatory part of your studies and comprises at least 5 months according to your study regulations
- You are characterized by an independent, committed and reliable way of working and your strengths include a quick perception, good communication skills and trustworthiness
- You feel confident in using Microsoft Office
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile
