To expand our Marketing Team, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join us for six months in our office in Bonn, Germany, starting immediately. As part of our seasoned team, you will gain valuable practical experience in the B2B area of Performance Marketing. You will work in direct cooperation with the whole of the Marketing and Growth Team to help us achieve our performance goals. To this end, your tasks will include conducting data analysis, implementing website experiments, and monitoring the Revenue team's KPIs.

How you will make an impact

• You create weekly and monthly reports using a range of analytics tools.

• You conduct data analysis and assist with website experiments to find areas of improvement for our lead generation process.

• You implement marketing-related projects in HubSpot.

• You participate in cross-functional projects with our Growth and Web Development teams.

• You test updates and experiments on the website.

• You monitor & track cross-functional KPIs for the Revenue department.

  You are currently studying or completing your degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or similar preferred) or have other relevant experience.
