We're on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to be a core team member in our mission to elevate SYSMANO's outside reputation and visibility!

Position: Marketing Assistant

Availability: 12-16 hour per week, working time at your choice.

Key Responsibilities:

· Elevate our brand to become top experts in our field.

· Implement our marketing strategies digitally.

· Ensure a unified brand experience for our audience.

· Collaborate on marketing campaigns that engage and resonate with our target audience, driving engagement with SYSMANO.

· Plan events, training, and lectures to connect with potential customers.

· Create, record, and refine digital content for B2B campaigns, with a strong emphasis on social media platforms.

Who we are:

SYSMANO is a small technical consulting company located close to Aachen. We support our clients worldwide with our services in Project Leadership, System Architecture and Requirement Engineering.

With that, we help our customers realize the development of successful and innovative products in semiconductors, automotive and special mechanical engineering.

Qualifications:

You are thrilled creating compelling digital content, including writing, video production, and post-production editing, specifically tailored for B2B audiences.

You are skilled in using digital marketing tools and platforms (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, social media management tools) to effectively implement marketing strategies online.

You are familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms to effectively implement marketing strategies online.

You understand what makes our brand unique and why we contribute to the value of our customers.

You have the skills to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all marketing materials and channels to ensure a consistent brand experience.

You are eager to work well with others in brainstorming, developing, and executing marketing campaigns that captivate and engage the target audience.

You like to organize and coordinate events, training sessions, and lectures that will attract and engage potential customers.

You show written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey your brand's message and engage with both potential and existing customers.
