As we gear up for our next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced SEA Manager.
As the SEA Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and executing search engine advertising strategies that solidify our market presence and drive our expansion across Europe. You’ll manage substantial budgets, lead strategic marketing initiatives, and leverage analytics to drive campaign effectiveness. Your work will directly enhance our brand visibility and lead generation, pivotal to achieving our vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective search engine advertising strategies that align with plancraft's strategic goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to digital marketing
- Manage a significant marketing budget, optimizing spend to maximize lead generation
- Assume full ownership of all search engine advertising channels, continuously optimizing and refining tactics to drive optimal performance and reach
- Work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to understand lead quality and refine targeting strategies, ensuring marketing efforts enhance sales outcomes
- Build and strengthen the plancraft brand within the crafts industry
Salary The salary for this position is between €40,000 and €65,000 per year, depending on your experience.
- At least 3 years of SEA marketing experience
- Experience in B2B marketing, leveraging B2C strategies to address a broad target audience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and drive significant results in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Learning attitude, actively testing new strategies and technologies to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
- Fluent in German and English
Performance Expectations: - Drive improvements throughout the SEA funnel flow, enhancing efficiency at every stage from awareness to conversion. Ensure that strategies not only attract leads but also improve lead quality and conversion rates
