Goodyear Ventech GmbH develops and manufactures innovative automated tire and vehicle inspection systems. Responsibilities:

• Strengthen our Research and Development team based in Dorsten, focusing on the development and improvement of the tire pressure sensors for the Goodyear CheckPoint
• Timely implementation of projects within the framework of budget and quality requirements
• Follow the development processes and coordinate the technical tasks for projects under his/her responsibility with other departments and suppliers, keeping stakeholders updated over regular reports, meetings and open and clear communication.
• Maintain existing and develop new software components.

Qualifications :

Key Qualifications

• Self-motivated, independent, and dedicated. Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Thrives in a highly cross-functional environment and has a strong willingness to learn.
• Programming languages C/C++, C#
• Experience of Python and/or Matlab is a plus
• Knowledge of standard libraries like STL, MFC, boost, etc., knowledge of OpenCV is a plus
• Experience with revision control systems like GIT, SVN, etc.
• Experience in systems requirements engineering, project manage¬ment methods, tools such as Jira, or quality centers, or general de¬ve¬lop¬ment processes is a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite.

• Hardware integration skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor or master in fields of computer science, information technology, electrical engi-nee¬ring, or systems engineering
