- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
- Work with the team to build the pipeline of the potential clients;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through emails, networking, and social media;
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns;
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and demos on products and services;
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- 2+ years of working in a leading sales role selling an innovative product - preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment;
- Proven sales executive experience within the DACH region, and extensive know-how of the market;
- Entrepreneurial attitude, analytical approach, and an ability to see the bigger picture;
- A teamwork mentality, with strong ownership skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication in both German and English.
