YOUR ROLE

• Engage with our learners to gather valuable feedback through interviews to ensure we provide the best leadership learning experience possible and derive recommendations for content changes

• Analyze, and evaluate our live sessions through a combination of qualitative and quantitative measures to reveal valuable insights for continuous improvement.

• Create exciting presentations and templates for learners to ignite their passion for leadership

• Assist with many other initiatives such as video creation, instructor recruiting or hosting of the sessions

YOUR PROFILE

• You are studying something related to business, economics, or communication (e.g. marketing, business languages, business psychology)

• You already interned in a start-up or consultancy and are used to working in high-paced environments

• You are an organizational talent with an eye for the detail

• You are native or business fluent in English and can communicate professionally in writing

• You plan to be a working student for at least 9 months or even longer
