Yours missions
Strong customer advocate, your will report directly to the Customer Technical Support Leader. Your role will be to handle market support requests (product diagnostics and solutions), lead problem-solving groups and support field tests.
In this context, your main tasks will be to :
- Provide the technical support required by the Group's markets (worldwide) for products and solutions in the Connected Building and Energy Management portfolios, in order to satisfy customers as quickly as possible.
- Record support requests and be the contact person for markets
- Analyse faulty products, investigate root causes using common problem solving methods, document the results in expertise reports and in defined failure catalogues
- If required, provide expertise on customer site (worldwide) to find and understand the technical causes and, if possible, solve the problem of the customer in collaboration with quality and engineering teams
- Provide experience feedback and necessary data to project teams in the context of new development
- Contribute and support internal and external field tests
- Provide actionable field test reports for the projects
Your profile
- You are an engineer or technician (with 5 years' experience) and ideally have a specialisation in quality.
- Your knowledge in software and mobile application in the world of connected systems, in electronics and/or in electrical equipment will be an additional asset to success in your missions.
- Fluent English and experience in a cross and international context is essential.
- A good command of French and German language would be an advantage.
- Recognised for your rigour and organisation, you also have strong convincing, analytical, communication and adaptation skills.
- You are customer-focused, you resolve problems and you are be able to work collaboratively and autonomously in a constantly changing international environment.
- Regular travel between Saverne and Karlsruhe sites is to be expected.
- Occasional travel may also be required.
