Your tasks:

• Conscientious creation, maintenance, upkeep and auditing of the central and global quality management system
• Quality-related responsibility for ensuring the recording of key figures
• Quality-related responsibility for key figure reporting, analysis and evaluation
• Support for the maintenance and auditing of existing information security management systems
• Supporting the other functions in all matters relating to the implementation and application of the Q management system
• Supporting the plants in all matters relating to the implementation and application of the Q management system
• Contact person for the certification bodies, responsible for maintaining the global management system standards such as process landscape, manual, guidelines,...
• Reporting on internal audits and the certification status of the plants worldwide in close cooperation with the team

Most important subtasks for the main function:

• Worldwide support for the quality-side setup and maintenance of quality management IT systems (e.g. CAQ, SAP Q, Sistore, Q-Info, d3, FactoryWorxx, etc.).
• Creation & maintenance of the necessary documentation to maintain the management system for the central Q-department.
• Supporting other departments and plants in the creation and maintenance of the documentation required to maintain the management system for the central Q area.
• Developing data analysis to support decisions based on data
• Defining and coordinating the global audit program (internal and external audits) and verifying compliance, planning and conducting audits
• Follow-up of audit corrective actions with the plants and escalation in case of deviations
• Planning and conducting internal monitoring audits at the global plants and reporting the results in detailed audit reports and appropriate management summaries
• Regular reporting on the global Saargummi QM Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Regular submission of global quality reports and requesting corrective action reports from the plants

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed university studies, e.g. industrial engineering (diploma/bachelor/master's degree)
• Additional training as Q-auditor and QMB
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of quality, ideally automotive

Personal skills:

• Good understanding of IT applications
• Good technical understanding of processes
• Basic knowledge of managing projects
• Good knowledge of common management systems
• Very good knowledge of auditing management systems
• Good knowledge of common analysis methods (Ishikawa, 5Why, ...)
• Good comprehension, resilience, and determination
• Willingness to travel internationally (50%)
• Business fluent in English
