We’re uniting over 6,500 global experts to build a scalable technology stack, including a software platform, unified electronic architecture and reliable connection to the automotive cloud. Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.

Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

Within the domain "Intelligent Cockpit & Body" you will be part of creating one future cross-brand, standardized infotainment and body platform of the Volkswagen Group. Having you in our team, you will unfold expertise in customer-centric software development for infotainment and body functions in the car, mobile and beyond.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design and build scalable, fast and secure cloud services
• Develop functions for our next location-based services in our cloud infrastructure
• Be end-to-end responsible from the concept to the deployment
• Maintain and monitor our services run time behavior to detect and prevent errors at an early stage during development and on the field
• Ensure high quality standard with test automation and test driven design

WHO YOU ARE

• Successfully completed study in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, electrical machine control or a comparable course of studies
• Be hands-on when it comes to implementation (Go, Python, Java…)
• Fast and creative to find solutions in an complex system architecture
• Good knowledge of cloud platforms, architecture, tools, as well as CI/CD
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
