The Institute for Computational Genomics is seeking a
with a limited term until 30.04.2024 (extensions are possible). The regular weekly working time is 12-18 hours.
The Institute for Computational Genomics performs research on computational methods for the analysis of epigenetic and regulatory mechanisms of dynamical processes such as cell differentiation, aging, and the onset of diseases. We are looking for a motivated student assistant to support the implementation of a research project. This involves the use of graphs algorithms to analyze cell-cell communication networks. Subsequent employment in the working group, e.g., in the context of a master dissertation, is possible.
