A Snapshot of Your Day
As Chapter Lead Service Competence (SVC) chapter, you oversee and manage a global team of solution architects and domain experts within the areas of service and field service. With a focus on Delivering As One, you ensure the global collaboration across teams, including business units, SVC service and project teams, and other Digital teams.
Your day may start by discussing field service projects with the Digital Consulting team and a business unit interested in onboarding to Jedox. Your next activity may be attending to discuss a project that is encountering some challenges with implementing new functionality. Based on the input from the team, you determine you need to assign a senior architect to assist the project team with the solution design.
