• Marketing: Creation and maintenance of application documents, communication with our worldwide partners, support of marketing activities in the social network
• Accounting: Administration of international accounts, support the preparation of balance sheets, commercial processing of international permanent establishments
• Commercial project management: invoicing, checking of incoming invoices, project administration in the accounting program
• Organization: Management of on-site assignments and business trips, communication and support of internationally active employees
• Quality management: Setup and maintaining of a Q/A or file storage system based on company standards

• Knowledge and experience in accounting and commercial project management
• Fluent in written and spoken English, basic knowledge of German
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Quick comprehension and independent, effective way of working
• Professional experience in the management of international projects is an advantage
• Motivation to familiarize oneself with the issues of major international projects
