As a Senior Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing both new and existing hardware sales orders from our distribution partners, resolving order/shipment issues, returns, warranty claims, and configuring the hardware. You'll need to thrive on helping customers and practicing operational excellence to help keep this machine running, and work very closely with our sales, and GTM Operations teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Resolve hardware shipment and return inquiries via email directly from customers and via internal teams
- Process webstore e-orders and fulfill orders, while maintaining and keeping site up to date
- Support in configuration of the hardware and networks
- Manage multiple queues via slack, inbox and ticketing software
- Liaise with our Warehouse partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of physical purchases and to coordinate returns
- Diligently document and track customer issues and resolutions using ZenDesk and Salesforce
- Ensuring that SLAs are continuously exceeded and that efforts are made for same-day responses
- Manage communication around backorders and inventory levels within the EMEA sales organization and provide updates to customers as needed
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve hardware management processes
- Validate and update customer account information
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
What you need to bring:
- Previous experience in a similar or administration role
- Stellar discipline in time management, multitasking and organization skills
- Someone not afraid to ask questions and dig deeper for information, resourcefulness is highly appreciated
- Strong attention to detail
- Recognized knack for problem-solving, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate change and proactively adjust priorities
- Comfortable in technical environments and tech savviness
- Previous experience with CRM's is a plus
- Previous fulfillment experience
- Polished communication skills in both, English and German
- Even better if you have, but not necessary:
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Zendesk
- Spreadsheet ability definitely an asset (Excel, Google Sheet)
- A passion for technology and technology platforms
