What You’ll Do
Set business strategy & performance: You will develop the strategy for growth in your area, contribute to decisions on our real estate footprint, take accountability for achieving ambitious sales and delivery targets, and ensure the business performs on key success criteria. We expect you to proactively discover new business opportunities and partner with the sales leaders to realise these.
Drive operational excellence: As a hands-on coach with strong business acumen you constantly seek improvement of performance. You drive, monitor and leverage KPI’s to ensure success, manage operations and lead continuous development within your operating area. You spread awareness, create a sense of ownership, and inspire your entire team to reach our goals. Champion your team: As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for multiple locations within the northern region, leading both local managers and operations. We look to you to lead, build and develop the management team and set the standard for an open and inclusive environment. You are 100% committed to the success of your teams, and actively involve yourself in their growth. What You’ll Bring
A strong people leader, with significant background managing multiple teams within Retail Sales and operations. You have experience leading and developing leaders and their teams. You engage, energize, and promote an inclusive team environment
Knowledgeable performance management – you have in-depth knowledge of sales processes and leverage this to coach your teams. You are experienced in managing performance on a team and individual level Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with great understanding of your market area Operational and strategic in your leadership, while always remaining hands-on Experienced within change management, with the proven ability to lead and engage people through and beyond change Excellent communication skills in English and local language - A valid Driver’s license (legally permitted to drive in Germany)
