The following challenges await you:
As Teamlead (m/f/d) Administration Sampling, you will take over the deputy management of the Sampling department and be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the employees directly reporting to you.
Additionally, you will be accountable for overseeing and assisting with projects, along with providing training and growth opportunities aligned with the Heraeus OPEX and leadership framework.
Furthermore, your responsibilities will extend to advancing SAP processes within your department as a key user, as well as handling the administrative and systemic aspects of the sampling processes.
Moreover, you will be tasked with gathering and presenting data, statistics, and the corresponding analysis.
In addition, you will monitor compliance with official, licensing and internal requirements as well as production compliance with quality and deadline specifications and maintenance.
You will also be responsible for creating and updating work instructions, operating instructions, production protocols and maintenance plans.
Last but not least, you will implement the specifications regarding EHS, HPS and precious metal safety and ensure that these are adhered to.

Your Profile:
Bachelor's or preferably Master's degree in natural sciences or equivalent
Strong IT and SAP skills
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Team player with organizational talent and hands-on mentality
