YOUR TASKS
Collaborating in the development, implementation, and enhancement of the company's global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy
Assisting in conducting DEI initiatives, awareness campaigns, and workshops for employees at all levels
Analyzing data and creating reports to assess the progress and impact of DEI measures
Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to design and implement innovative DEI programs and initiatives
Supporting the development and implementation of DEI communication strategies to promote awareness and appreciation of diversity
Conducting research and analyzing best practices and trends in the DEI field to continually broaden understanding and develop new approaches
YOUR PROFILE
Studies in a relevant field as social sciences, psychology or business administration
Strong communication skills in both German and English and intercultural competence
Ideally, some experience in conceptual work
Interest in and ideally some experience with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion or related areas
Analytical thinking and the ability to grasp complex issues and develop solution-oriented approaches
Team player, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
