You support us in implementing and further developing the Heraeus Group sustainability strategy
You help us in preparing for the Group CSRD reporting
You assist in driving sustainability initiatives in the Group
You assist in conducting in-depth ad-hoc analyses and preparing reports and presentations to support decision making processes for our management.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, collect and interpret sustainability data
You are part of the Group Sustainability team

Your Profile:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, engineering, business management or a comparable field of study related to sustainability
Interest in sustainability practices and ideally, initial knowledge of the Corporate Reporting Sustainability Directive (CSRD)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team environment
