Support the Consulting Intelligence Principal in the design and implementation of processes and reports along the partner lifecycle
Collaborate with multiple teams within the organisation to establish a scalable and well integrated CRM platform
Translate complex Google Sheets, multiple Microstrategy dashboards and Salesforce reports into a single self service dashboard that can be used by the Partner Consulting organisation.
Support senior team members and their decision making by collecting information, generating insights and serving as their sparring partner.
Troubleshoot and improve our current platform processes. You also are able to create processes for problems that arise and turn them into widely adopted solutions for the team.
Maintain CRM excellence within your partner portfolio that ensures we have the best data and insights to derive strong decision making.
You are a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and business problems to bring successful results.
You are analytically outstanding and love working with figures while taking a pragmatic approach to complex requirements and issues.
You have a proficient command of Google Sheets/Excel
You have knowledge of LookerStudio, as well as basic understanding of SQL and Visual Basic or Python.
You have excellent communication skills and can manage stakeholders effectively. You are fluent in English (any other language is a plus). You are confident in interacting and presenting independently.
