Communication Manager Quality Assurance in Schwalbach bei Samsung

Position Summary

To ensure products designed for the European market meets the quality expectations to improve Samsung Visual Display product's technical reviews or testing results from external media or laboratory. Also, to maintain positive communication and relationship between European consumer associations or technical reviewers and Samsung Electronics, which is able to archive #1 position from product testing results or reviews and finally, to provide technical support and expertise for them on Samsung Visual Display products.

Communication Manager (m/f/d) Quality Assurance

Location: Schwalbach

Role and Responsibilities

• Liaise Quality Assurance Lab, R&D and PR on a local (Germany) and European level as well as European Consumer association and technical reviewers as a professional communicator
• Increase the number of positive product review and testing results
• Manage product review procedure and magazine award performance for mainly Germany and other European countries
• Monitor and analyze product review results and create weekly and monthly report for management review
• Cooperate technical seminar and event on an international level
• Speaker for external technical seminars and event of Visual Display products

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Multi years experience in consumer electronics industry
• Background of Visual Display product such as TV testing, reviewing and evaluation
• Knowledge of international mass-media
• Excellent skills for Microsoft office
• Good human network with European consumer association and technical reviewers
• Fluent communication skills in English, German and ideally Korean
• Technical knowledge of Visual Display product testing methodologies
• Excellent management, planning, interpersonal and presentation
• Adaptability to work with different cultures and working environments
