The Opportunity
In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building trusting relationships with key stakeholders. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Services and Product departments, to improve the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Gaining new clients in the business and B2B software industries
- Establishing and preserving solid, lasting relationships with customers
- Generating new business with current clients and/or identifying areas for development in order to meet sales targets
- Contract negotiations and transaction closure
- Forecasting, while also maintaining sales metrics
- Working closely with other members of the Sales team
Requirements
- Experience as a Junior Sales Manager, Senior Account Executive or relevant position
- Ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Ambitious, eager to learn and motivated
- Fluent in German and English
