YOUR JOB

After a training period, you are the focal point for customer requests and day-to-day account activities in order to maintain and enhance custome relationships.
You support the account managers so they can target and grow existing accounts.
You support web shop cration, product searches, quote and order creations?,....
You are responsible for a fast and flawless support for the internal sales team.
You maintain good relationships internally (back-office, purchase team, colleagues,...) and external (vendors, distributors,...)

YOUR PROFILE

You are a jack-of-all-trades with good administrative skills..
Accuracy and precision are important.
As you are a strong communicator, you are fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus.
You are enthusiastic, driven and proactive in servicing our customers.
No 2 days are alike. As a sales support employee, you need to be able to adapt quickly, that is why we are looking for someone with a minimum of 1year of relevant working experience in a sales support role.
You are a team player who is organized, flexible and used to work independently in a stressful environment. You have an eye for detail and precision.
