Our client is not just some online portal for the rental of holiday homes and apartments. Our client delivers real value for the landlords; including creation of the advertisement, marketing, price adjustments, communication with tenants and the organization of cleaning services. The landlord simply selects the service features to be performed by our client - and has to worry about nothing more.
Depending on the selected service modules, you (m/f/d) will be doing:
- Confirm orders, maintain master data and take care about any changes in booked services
- Stay in contact with guests regarding arrival and departure time and coordination of key collection on site
- Communication with cleaning companies and coordination of the scope of services and the time of use
- Coordination of the laundry service (bed linen, hand and kitchen towels, hygiene products)
- Processing of damage reports
- Supervision of payments, debt collection
- Marketing the property in social media environment
- Adjustment of prices according to the market environment
What you bring:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Can work shifts
- High level of accuracy and eye for detail
- Highly motivated self starter
- Empathic listener and persuasive speaker
- Fluent in German, Hebrew or Danish
